Accelerating Commercialisation
I was a Skills & Knowledge Grant Recipient as part of the Accelerating Commercialisation program (previously known as Commercialisation Australia)

I received a $50k Commercialisation Australia - Skills & Knowledge grant which is only awarded to the top 9% of Applicants, often considered by the start-up industry as the hardest grants to be awarded in Australia. The program since been renamed to Accelerating Commercialisation and is offer through AusIndustry’s Entrepreneur Program

Accelerating Commercialisation helps entrepreneurs, researchers, start-ups, and businesses address key challenges in the commercialisation pathway of bringing novel products, processes and service to the market.

My project was to commercialise ‘Green Unity’ a Software for streamlining and automating the compilation of onerous Green Star Submissions for the Commercial Building Industry in Australia back in 2013. I was awarded the grant when I was 26 and have since been sharpening my entrepreneurial skills through involvement in starting and advising start-ups.
